Mr. Wilkens has extensive experience in design and construction of natural resource and land development projects. He has extensive project management experience. A MBA degree with emphasis in finance and real estate development provides a valuable background for economic and feasibility analysis for the projects in which he is involved. Mr. Wilkens' experience includes the design and construction of residential, commercial and municipal projects. His responsibilities include the design of streets, drainage, sewer, water and grading, subdivision layout, cost estimating, writing specifications, selecting contractors and construction inspection and staking.

• Traffic Signal design for fifteen (15) intersections in Oklahoma City.
• Water main and sanitary sewer replacement projects for the City of Oklahoma City.
• Blockbuster Video Stores - Locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Missouri.
• Sonic Restaurants - Locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Missouri.
• Flying J Travel Plaza - I-40 and Morgan Road - Oklahoma City, OK
• Numerous residential additions in the Oklahoma City area.
