Steven D Rollins, P.E.
Mr. Rollins has over ten years experience in layout and design of land development projects, as well as extensive project management experience. Steve’s experience includes the design and construction of various residential projects in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Norman, and Moore, Oklahoma. His responsibilities include the design of streets, drainage, sewer, water and grading, subdivision layout, and cost estimating. He also has professional expertise in coordinating design, construction and permitting issues through the various municipalities.
