Ms. January has extensive experience in county road and county bridge design for Bryan County, Pittsburg County, Washington County, Pushmataha County, Choctaw County, Le Flore County, Jefferson County, and McCurtain County, Oklahoma, She also has experience in Hydrology Analysis and HEC-RAS design for county roads and bridges (including design, draw, prepare construction plans for highway and bridges, establishment of alignment, hydraulic studies, and final design). Michelle is also a Certified Floodplain Manager.
