Bryan E. Coon, P.E., P.L.S.
With over 30 years of experience in land development services, Bryan has served as project coordinator and project manager for all types of civil engineering and land surveying projects. His responsibilities and experience include layout and computation of residential and commercial development projects as well as the coordination of all topographic and boundary surveying for the firm. He also has professional expertise in coordinating zoning and platting issues through the various municipalities.

Professional Experience:
Mr. Coon has served as project coordinator and project manager for all types of civil engineering and land surveying projects. His responsibilities and experience also include the layout and computation of residential and commercial subdivisions and developments. Mr. Coon is responsible for the coordination of all topographic and boundary surveying for the firm as well as handling all boundary survey calculations and closure responsibilities. He has extensive experience in the layout and design of utilities for residential and commercial development as well as the preparation of legal descriptions for property boundaries, right-of-way parcels and easement locations. He also has experience in coordinating zoning and platting issues through the various municipalities.
